If you change your mind about a purchase you may return it within 14 days for a refund, or within 30 days for an exchange. Please email info@ktsilver.com before you return anything.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that all the custom made and engraved items are made to order and are not refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your order number for online returns.
